What you will bring:

5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with a demonstrated track record of successfully hiring for complex, senior, or specialized roles in North America.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Expertise in modern recruiting technologies, including ATS platforms, sourcing tools, CRM systems, and data-driven recruiting practices.
Proven experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and building diverse talent pipelines in competitive markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Training and advancement opportunities: Open doors and access exciting opportunities by participating in our dynamic learning programs.
