Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA), AI Delivery to join the Corporate Applications AI Solution Delivery Team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and delivering AI-enabled business solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, enhance decision-making, and generate measurable business value. This role will partner with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and vendors to translate business challenges into AI use cases and support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from intake through production deployment.
The ideal candidate possesses experience delivering AI, Generative AI, automation, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives and understands how to bridge business needs with technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
AI Use Case Discovery & Analysis
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for AI and automation initiatives.
- Analyze current-state processes and identify areas where AI can improve efficiency, reduce risk, or enhance user experience.
- Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI use cases, user stories, and functional requirements.
- Support business case development, value realization assessments, and ROI analysis.
