Job Role: PeopleSoft Admin and Support

Location: Mississauga, Canada(Hybrid)

Job Description :

  • Administer and support PeopleSoft environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD).
  • Install, configure, and maintain PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler components.
  • Monitor application servers, process schedulers, and web servers for performance and availability.
  • Perform PeopleSoft application migrations using Change Assistant, DPK, and other migration tools.
  • Execute PeopleTools upgrades, PUM updates, patches, and security fixes.
  • Troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, batch processing, and integration issues.
  • Manage user security, roles, permission lists, and access controls.
  • Support integration technologies including Integration Broker.
  • Coordinate release management activities and ensure successful deployments across environments.
  • Monitor logs and perform root cause analysis for production issues.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles

  • Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, XML reports, and Queries.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Optimize SQL performance and support Oracle database-related activities
