Job role: SAP ABAP Technical Architect – E5
Location: Calgary, AB (Day-1 Onsite)
Role Objective:
Lead custom-code assessment and remediation for the S/4HANA upgrade while ensuring Clean Core principles are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead custom-code impact assessment and remediation strategy.
- Analyze ATC findings and ABAP compatibility issues.
- Identify obsolete, impacted or redundant custom objects.
- Define remediation, retirement or redesign approach.
- Review technical design and code quality.
- Coordinate ABAP dependencies with functional and integration teams.
- Govern technical standards and Clean Core adoption.
Key Experience
- 12+ years of ABAP architecture experience.
- Strong S/4HANA conversion/upgrade experience.
- Deep knowledge of ATC, custom-code remediation and Clean Core.
