Job Description: SAP BTP Consultant

Experience: 5+ years in SAP development, including 3+ years of hands-on SAP BTP experience preferred

Location / Work arrangement: Calgary-Hybrid (Min 3 days in office)

Role Overview

We are seeking an SAP BTP Consultant to develop, integrate, and support business applications on SAP Business Technology Platform. The consultant will work with functional and technical teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA extensions and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy applications on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry using SAP CAP and Node.js.
• Build and enhance user interfaces using SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5.
• Develop integrations using SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Create and consume REST APIs and OData services.
• Work with SAP HANA Cloud for application data modeling and database development.
• Configure BTP destinations, connectivity, and application access.
• Support requirements analysis, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and technical documentation.

Required Skills and Experience - Quick Reference

• Hands-on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry experience.
• SAP CAP, Node.js, SAPUI5, and Fiori Elements.
• SAP Integration Suite / CPI, REST APIs, and OData.
• SAP HANA Cloud and SQL.

r SAP IBP Application Support Analyst:

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated SAP IBP Application Support Analyst to provide production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement for SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and its integration with SAP S/4HANA. The role involves supporting planning processes, data integration, business users, and system enhancements while ensuring stable and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day support for SAP IBP and its integrations with SAP S/4HANA and act as the primary support contact for ServiceNow incidents and service requests

· Investigate and resolve incidents related to forecasts, planning views, key figures, master data, data replication, and interface failures.

· Perform root cause analysis and data reconciliation across IBP, S/4HANA, BW, and CPI-DS.

· Support business users with access, Excel Add-in, performance, security, and planning-related issues

· Participate in system upgrades, testing, deployment activities, and post-release validation.

· Maintain support documentation, process flows, and knowledge transfer materials.

· Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and operational improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience supporting SAP IBP, including Planning Areas, Key Figures, and Planning Views.

· Understanding of master data, transactional data, and planning processes.

· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and data flows.

· Experience with CPI-DS or similar SAP data integration technologies.

· Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.

· Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and production support.

· Familiarity with forecasting and supply chain planning concepts.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SAP IBP Excel Add-in.

Preferred Qualifications

· Exposure to SAP SD, MM, Pricing, Finance, or IS-Oil & Gas processes.

· Willingness to expand support responsibilities beyond IBP into S/4HANA business processes.
