Role : Senior Oracle Cloud Finance PM / Program Manager

Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON (Canada)

Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Finance Program Manager to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Finance transformation initiatives. The candidate will partner with Finance leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation teams to deliver modernized finance operations, governance, controls, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Cloud Financial transformation programs and project portfolios.
  • Drive Finance process modernization and adoption of Oracle Cloud ERP best practices.
  • Manage program scope, budget, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate business, finance, audit, compliance, and technology teams.
  • Facilitate executive steering meetings and business design workshops.
  • Oversee testing, deployment planning, cutover, and hypercare activities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, SOX, and financial control requirements.
  • Manage vendor and SI relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Establish program KPIs and delivery metrics.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years of ERP program/project management experience.
  • Minimum 8 years delivering Oracle Finance transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash Management
  • Expense Management
  • Financial Reporting
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide Finance Cloud ERP implementations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience managing cross-functional business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
  • PMP or PgMP certification.
  • Utility, energy, or regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with finance transformation, shared services, and process harmonization initiatives.

Location

  • Greater Toronto Area (Local Candidate Preferred)
  • Hybrid delivery model with client-facing responsibilities.

Suggested Internal TAG Screening Criteria

Must Have

  • Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation leadership.
  • Program/Project Management experience.
  • Client-facing executive communication.
  • Ability to work local GTA / hybrid model.

Good to Have

  • Utility experience (Enbridge, Hydro One, OPG, Fortis, TC Energy, etc.).
  • Prior Oracle SI experience (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Infosys, TCS, HCLTech, Wipro, Cognizant).
  • Oracle Cloud certifications.
