Job Role: Senior Oracle PM/Senior Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant

Location : Brampton, ON(fully onsite)

Job Description :

• Lead business process workshops and advise the client on implementing the appropriate solution per project/program
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and support business and operations team in defining relevant processes and obtain sign-off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution.
• Maintain and building fit gap/RTM workbook.
• Drive and contribute to project solutions, responsible for gathering input / documenting HLD/DDD
• Understand the appropriate implementation methodology for the assigned project(s) and use it on the appropriate engagements
• Manage the configuration of the Solution.
• Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution.
• Support the business and operations team during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live.
• Work closely with third-party technology vendors; ability to challenge the vendor design to ensure what is being built satisfies the needs of our business partners.
• Support the data migration technical team and/or client with any data migration efforts.
• Assist the IT Delivery Teams in helping to build, configure and test any required integrations as needed
• Manage project/program financials and the related forecasts as required
• Complete the client work on time and budget.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in one or more of the below listed business domains.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud applications, Oracle ERP/EPM, Oracle SCM, Oracle CX, SAP, Callidus, or related enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements management, Fit-Gap assessments, and functional design.
• Experience creating HLDs, DDDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and production deployments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
