  • Work with project, business, operational and supplier stakeholders to gather information and identify impacts.
  • Translate complex project changes into clear and practical materials for different audiences.
  • Develop and coordinate training and user-support materials.
  • Support change impact assessment, readiness, transition planning, pilot/phased rollout, implementation and post-implementation adoption.
  • Track change activities, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of direct change facilitation experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing change management deliverables, including:
  • Change Strategy and Plans
  • Training Strategy and Plans
  • Stakeholder Impact Assessments
  • Communication Strategy and Plans
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing effective stakeholder communication materials.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently execute change management activities and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • PROSCI or CCMP certification.
  • 3+ years developing and delivering training materials, documentation, computer-based training modules or training videos.
  • 3+ years of experience developing readiness programs, training or stakeholder engagement activities.
  • 2+ years of requirements-gathering experience using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases/scenarios or business process modeling.
  • 3+ years of experience working on digital transformation initiatives within the Government of Alberta.
  • Experience with supplier enablement and adoption activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Change Management professional who can move beyond strategy and actively execute the work - creating deliverables, facilitating stakeholder sessions, developing communications and training materials, and supporting readiness and adoption through implementation.
