Position Overview:

The Implementation & Support Trainer is responsible for delivering and continuously improving client training and enablement for RADPAIR’s AI-powered radiology platform. This role plays a key part in ensuring users are effectively onboarded, trained, and able to adopt and continue using the platform within their clinical and technical environments.

The Trainer works closely with Implementation & Support team members and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, high-quality training experiences. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, a solid understanding of radiology workflows and the clinical systems that support them, and the ability to translate radiology workflows and product functionality into clear, user-friendly training and guidance, with a focus on training effectiveness and user adoption outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver client training across in-person and virtual formats, including synchronous and asynchronous methods.
  • Understand client radiology workflows and adapt training to demonstrate how RADPAIR fits into and supports those workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and update training materials and resources, including documentation, guides, and recorded content, in alignment with product capabilities and client needs.
  • Adapt training content and delivery based on client needs, technical environments, and user experience levels.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics in collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from training sessions and client interactions to improve training materials, delivery methods, and onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with Implementation & Support and other cross-functional teams to ensure training is aligned with client workflows, implementation plans, and product capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and internal enablement practices.

Qualification Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in training, onboarding, customer success, or client-facing roles within SaaS, healthcare IT, or similar technology environments.
  • Experience independently delivering and managing client training sessions or onboarding programs across multiple users, clients, and delivery formats.
  • Experience developing and maintaining training materials such as documentation, guides, or recorded content.
  • Solid understanding of radiology workflows and how radiologists interact with clinical systems such as RIS, PACS, EHRs, and reporting or dictation solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adapt training approaches based on user needs, feedback, and varying levels of technical proficiency.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple training activities and schedules.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with project management or issue tracking tools such as Linear, Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Background in radiology operations, imaging informatics, clinical imaging, or radiology software, such as experience with RIS/PACS environments or prior clinical experience (e.g., CT, MRI, ultrasound, or radiologic technologist).
  • Exposure to healthcare interoperability concepts (e.g., HL7, DICOM, FHIR).
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
