Title: Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days onsite)
Contract Length: 12 Months.
Responsibilities:
· Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related discipline.
· 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
· Results-driven, adaptable, and capable of leading initiatives independently.
· Ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
· Exhibits a can-do attitude and a disposition to face challenges.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
IIBA CBAP certification is an asset.
· Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
· Experience leading or supporting software implementation projects is an asset.
· Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, SharePoint).
· Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) is an asset.
· Real estate industry experience is an asset.
