Title: Senior Business Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Toronto, ON
Description:
Must have skills:
6+ years of experience as a BA/BSA
3+ years of experience on Agile projects
Strong BA/BSA technical skills, knowledge of Agile practices and terminology, commitment to the interview process, and balanced business and technical BA expertise.
Experience with Mobile and Online banking projects
Proven ability to gather Business requirements and Systems requirements independently
Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and gap analysis
Demonstrated experience with user stories, business and systems specifications, business context diagrams and business process maps
Experience working on large projects over $2 million
Recent Banking experience
Excellent communication skills required; will be working with BU stakeholders and IT stakeholders
Excellent collaboration skills, and highly adaptable
Strong knowledge of Requirements methodology (planning, elicitation, documentation)
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline

Independently gather and document business and systems requirements for mobile and online banking projects. Develop user stories, specifications, business context diagrams, and process maps while collaborating with business-unit and IT stakeholders.
Requirements
Requires at least six years of business analysis experience, three years working on Agile projects, and recent banking experience, including mobile or online banking projects. Candidates should have strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and requirements-management skills, experience on large projects, and a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
