Responsibilities
- Oversee departmental reporting including production reports and development of new tableau dashboards. Working with stakeholders on reporting, data requirements and change management
- Develop Accurate Reporting & Visualization: Develop and deliver clear reports/dashboards and intuitive visualizations to support stakeholders in making informed decisions.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards.
- User Empowerment: Provide tools, training, and BI tool access (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for self-service analytics.
- IT Collaboration: Partner with IT to resolve source system issues and enhance data feeds.
- Data Governance & Standards: Establish frameworks, maintain data dictionaries, and enforce business rules for accuracy and consistency.
Must-have Skills
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Strong BI development, data management, and reporting analyst experience
- Data Visualization & Storytelling: Ability to create intuitive visualizations and craft compelling narratives to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.
- Data Management & Analysis: Expertise in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to drive informed business decisions.
- Advanced Tableau Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Tableau, with ability to design and deploy complex, interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong experience integrating and combining multiple data sources
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Strong partnership skills to understand reporting needs and provide training.
- Superb soft skills: Communication & Project Management: Excellent interpersonal skills and experience delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
