Responsibilities
- The designer is a hybrid Interaction/Visual Designer in a 4-person squad (Interaction Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer, Design Researcher), led by a Design Lead. They work daily with cross-functional partners: product managers, project managers, business analysts, developers, and QA. They own both the interaction logic and the visual quality of the work, produce solutions at the right fidelity for each audience, and bring their design direction to the squad.
Must Have Skills
- Bilingual English/French
- Strong visual craft: Typography, Visual hierarchy, layout, and concepting
- Advanced Figma experience
- Lean UX within Agile dev teams
- Design thinking.
- Advanced digital product design across both interaction and visual design, for responsive web and native apps
- Experience designing with, and contributing to, complex design systems
- Usability research and testing to validate solutions.
- Proven collaborative design experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Capacity to articulate ideas clearly, tactfully, and persuasively in team settings
- Ability to articulate ideas and influence others
- Substantial depth to handle complex products
- Quick ramp-up capability in sophisticated environments
Nice-to-haves
- Has worked with large design teams and multiple stakeholders (product, business, technical)
- Experience creating user journeys, wireframes, and information architecture.

Responsabilités
Le designer occupe un rôle hybride (interaction et visuel) au sein d'une équipe de 4 personnes (designer d'interaction, designer visuel, designer de contenu, chercheur en design), sous la direction d'un responsable du design (Design Lead). Il collabore au quotidien avec des partenaires pluridisciplinaires : chefs de produit, chefs de projet, analystes d'affaires, développeurs et équipes d'assurance qualité (QA). Il est garant tant de la logique d'interaction que de la qualité visuelle du travail, élabore des solutions au niveau de fidélité adapté à chaque public et apporte sa vision du design à l'équipe.
Compétences Requises
- Bilinguisme anglais/français
- Solides compétences en design visuel : typographie, hiérarchie visuelle, mise en page et conception de concepts
- Expérience avancée de Figma
- Méthodologie Lean UX au sein d'équipes de développement Agile
- Design Thinking
- Conception avancée de produits numériques (interaction et visuel) pour le Web adaptatif (responsive) et les applications natives
- Expérience de la conception avec des systèmes de design complexes et de la contribution à ceux-ci
- Recherche sur l'utilisabilité et tests pour valider les solutions
- Expérience confirmée en conception collaborative
- Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes
- Capacité à exprimer ses idées avec clarté, tact et persuasion au sein d’une équipe
