Software & Administrative Implementation: Work directly with engineers to implement Bentley software solutions and manage program administrative requirements.

Documentation & Tracking: Support the maintenance of integrity records, inspection reports, and equipment tracking data to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory bodies.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve data accuracy within the integrity management systems.

Foundational understanding of mechanical equipment, maintenance practices, and integrity testing.

Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical/engineering discipline.

Note: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or eligibility for registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) is considered a strong asset.

Certifications & Assets

Working knowledge of current API Standards (e.g., API 510, 570, 653 or related integrity frameworks) is preferred.

Familiarity with Non-Destructive Examination (NDE/NDT) methods and standards.

Working towards or holding relevant technical certifications is a plus
