Prepare and manage land cost estimates, forecasts, purchase orders, and cost accountability processes.
Direct, advise, and oversee third-party contractors and consultants, including contract land agents, land brokers, consulting foresters, surveyors, and appraisal experts.
Establish, enforce, and audit quality standards and execution protocols for external service providers.
Strategy, Risk & Issue Resolution
Develop risk-informed land strategies, recommendations, and execution plans considering schedule, cost, regulatory standards, and precedent-setting impacts.
Lead or support the resolution of complex and unique land matters, including claims, damage settlements, arbitrations, negotiations, and legal actions.
Maintain current, accurate land data within corporate databases and provide clear status reporting to support timely project decisions.
