  • Pay Rate: $34.10/hr
  • Contract Length: 12 months with possibility for extension

We at Raise are hiring a Trade Reconciliation Specialist - Expert for one of our top clients. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for working with a dynamic team processing transactions within our Securities Lending Operations team. Close coordination is required with Front Trading Desks and other internal & external stakeholders. Other responsibilities include collection of borrower lending fees, client revenue processing and reconciliation across all platforms and systems. Additionally, this desk will be required to support the Bank of Canada Triparty program.

Must-have Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in financial instruments, capital markets and operations.
  • Experience in high-value trade reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated strategic team player with the ability to grow and motivate others
  • The ability to adhere to high levels of accuracy in a fast paced environment
  • Strong MS Office knowledge Process and time management skills
  • Advanced usage of MS Office Word and Excel (Vlookup, pivot, macro, VBA coding)

Nice-to-have Skills

  • Knowledge of AI – Big Nice to have..
  • Operational and Client Service Experience
  • Securities Lending experience

Requirements

Candidates should be accurate in a fast-paced environment, effective team players, strong in process and time management, and proficient with Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel features and VBA; securities lending and operational or client service experience are desirable.
