Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.
Description
As a Workplace Experience Curator, you are the welcoming face and brand ambassador at our clients our flagship corporate location in 8th Avenue Place. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional, seamless experience for both visiting clients and our onsite team members. Working closely with and providing backup for the Experience Coordinator, your core focus will be the hands-on execution of daily operations, ensuring our spaces remain inspiring, functional, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the smooth execution of daily onsite services, ensuring common areas and workspaces are pristine, fully functional, and ready to impress.
- Amenities & Common Space Management: Oversee the maintenance, organization, and presentation of shared amenities and common spaces, addressing issues proactively to maintain spatial integrity.
- Guest & Contractor Check-In: Act as the primary point of contact for welcoming clients, guests, and visiting contractors, managing professional check-in protocols and security procedures.
- Onsite Support & Collaboration: Provide responsive, friendly assistance to clients, guests, and team members navigating the facility. Partner closely with the Experience Coordinator to streamline workflow and step in as seamless backup when needed.
- Brand Representation: Embody our clients brand values in every interaction, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and professional atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, high-end guest services, corporate office management, or workplace experience roles.
- Demonstrated history of managing shared spaces, amenities, or front-of-house operations in a professional environment.
- Experience interacting directly with diverse stakeholders, including corporate clients, vendors, and internal team members.

- Education and Certifications
- Preferred Education: Post-secondary education (a diploma, certificate, or degree) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Communications, Interior Design, or a related field
