Who we are… in a nutshell

Rammarketing is an international marketing agency specialising in life sciences. We help clients grow their businesses, building genuine partnerships to enhance their marketing, design, content, and PR strategies. With offices in the UK, US, and Canada, and over 80 global industry experts, we deliver B2B solutions that deliver real, measurable results and impact.

Job purpose

You’ll collaborate with peers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver design solutions that meet client objectives, while supporting the wider design team through contributing to processes, sharing ideas, and maintaining high standards. You will typically solve well-defined design problems within a clear scope, thriving when working to structured briefs.

This role is suited to a designer with proven agency or studio experience who is ready to take ownership of their deliverables and continue developing their craft within a supportive team environment.

Deliver high-quality creative work across digital, print, and branding projects.
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Maintain high visual and technical standards across all deliverables.
Execute design solutions within the scope of clear briefs, escalating when ambiguity arises.

Collaboration & Leadership

Work closely with peers, copywriters and project managers to deliver strong design solutions.
Contribute to team initiatives and processes to support continuous improvement.

Innovation & Development

Stay up to date with the latest technology and design trends.
Demonstrate creative autonomy and responsibility for your own deliverables.
Adopt new tools and approaches into your work to improve quality and efficiency.

What we are looking for...

Experience working on deliverables from concept through to final artworking.
Comfortable executing against clear briefs, with the ability to deliver defined solutions efficiently.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to colleagues.
Experience in motion graphics and animation is a bonus but not essential.

Values/Behaviours

As a designer within the agency, you will be an ambassador of our values, living and breathing the ramarketing way and using our core values to guide how you work, collaborate, and succeed in your role.

At ramarketing, we genuinely care about our people. We want everyone to love what they do and feel comfortable bringing their authentic self to work.
