- Expense Management - Run expense reporting end to end in Concur for senior leaders: policy compliance, accurate coding, and prompt reimbursement.
- Discretion - Treat confidential material with integrity, keeping leaders informed and prepared at every turn.
- Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate obstacles, spot efficiencies, and resolve issues before they escalate. Contribute to improving administrative processes and workflows, and provide dependable cross-team support.
Requirements
- 4+ years supporting C-suite and/or senior leadership in a demanding professional environment, ideally more than one executive simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment handling confidential matters.
