Responsibilities:
- Support the transition to a recent ERP implementation
- Track business performance by comparing actual costs to budget, delivering clear variance reports to management.
- Build and maintain detailed rolling forecasts and budgets with variance analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key financial and operational metrics, transforming data trends into actionable operational insights.
- Develop and streamline spreadsheets, models, and dashboards that are dynamic and focused, minimize manual data entry and expedite management reporting and decision-making processes
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial and non-financial information
- Assist with monthly management and external reporting requirements
- Maintain internal controls processes and systems
- Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for local and parent company
Qualifications:
- CPA professional accounting designation
- University degree with a major in accounting
- 5+ years of general accounting experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as the ability to work independently and take initiative
