This role requires watching, analyzing, and logging granular data points from historical sports video footage for extended periods. A strong personal interest, passion, or deep familiarity with sports is an absolute must-have requirement. Your intuitive understanding of athletic events, sports rules, and game flow will directly impact the speed, accuracy, and quality of the proprietary sports datasets you generate.

- Software Mastery: Master the use of in-house analytical software tools to log event details, offering constructive feedback for software enhancements.
- Domain Expertise: Rapidly develop deep technical and observational knowledge of assigned sports markets and products.
- Process Optimization: Proactively identify workflow inefficiencies, suggest process improvements, and follow clear escalation protocols when anomalies arise.
- Cross-Team Communication: Collaborate across digital platforms to keep supervisors and team leads updated on project progress.
What You Bring to the Table
- Passion for Sports (Mandatory): High enthusiasm, passion, or athletic familiarity with various sports (e.g., football, basketball, soccer, baseball, hockey, etc.).
- Exceptional Focus & Detail: Very fine attention to detail with the proven ability to maintain laser focus on repetitive visual tasks regardless of ambient noise or background activity.
