Maintain thorough documentation for application software solutions, metadata, and processes to support ongoing development and migrations.

Data & SQL Database Administration

Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases within a Data Warehouse environment.
Write, tune, and refine complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and User-Defined Functions (UDFs).
Utilize SQL profilers and diagnostic scripts to enhance query performance, data integrity, and input/output processing.
Assist in developing and maintaining data structures, ETL/SSIS processes, and reporting solutions.

Technical & Operational Support

Provide hands-on end-user and helpdesk support across office systems and warehouse operations.
Troubleshoot production systems, perform root-cause analysis, and implement permanent corrective actions.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and technical status clearly to project stakeholders, team members, and leadership.
Provide occasional after-hours/on-call support as needed for mission-critical system reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements
