We will count on you to:

Identify technology gaps between current and target architectures and recommend remediation or modernization approaches.
Evaluate, integrate and pilot emerging technologies that expand platform capabilities and create competitive differentiation.
Manage vendor relationships, evaluate third party solutions, and oversee vendor deliverables and SLAs.
Manage platform operations: ticket resolution within SLAs, ongoing maintenance, platform governance, and adherence to corporate policies.
Provide technology guidance and support to Data Privacy, Vendor Management, and Cyber Risk stakeholders; facilitate cross functional collaboration.

What you need to have:

5+ years of product management, platform management, or technical program management experience in enterprise environments, preferably supporting Legal, Privacy, Compliance or Risk functions.
