Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Agile delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate project plans, backlogs, work items, status, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions in Azure DevOps.
- Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, assumptions, and changes throughout the project lifecycle; escalate material impacts when appropriate.
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR, technology, AI, data, and delivery teams to align expectations, resolve blockers, and support timely decisions.
- Prepare concise, regular status reports for the HR Technology Leader and relevant stakeholders, highlighting progress, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and delivery impacts.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and decision forums; document action items, owners, due dates, decisions, and follow-up activities through closure.
- Support testing, validation, readiness, deployment, and transition activities for new capabilities and enhancements.
- Maintain complete, organized, and traceable project documentation, including requirements, plans, status reports, decisions, risks, issues, meeting records, and delivery outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery practices, stakeholder alignment, implementation readiness, and adoption of HR technology capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working with Agile delivery methods and cross-functional teams.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable project and work-management platform to manage backlogs, work items, dependencies, and delivery status.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both business and technical audiences and to make complex information understandable.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in HR, Human Resources technology, or a related business function.
- Experience delivering HR AI, HR automation, or HR technology enhancements.
