Job Title: Senior Snowflake Tester
Experience: 13+ years overall experience
Location: Toronto, ON
Salary : CAD $110k - $120k/ Annum
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Snowflake Tester with strong hands-on SQL expertise and experience in data warehouse testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Snowflake database testing, data validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries involving joins, subqueries, CTEs, aggregations, and window functions.
- Validate ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformations, data migration, and data integrity.
- Identify data discrepancies, investigate defects, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Prepare test cases, test scenarios, defect reports, and test execution documentation.
Required Skills
- 13+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake testing.
- Excellent SQL query-writing and database validation skills.
- Experience with ETL/ELT testing and data reconciliation.
