Drive operational excellence by championing SRE practices, automating repetitive workflows, and aligning technical initiatives with business priorities to improve system resilience
Provide technical leadership by collaborating with development, infrastructure, and L3 support teams to solve complex challenges, and mentoring junior engineers as the team grows
Manage and optimize application job scheduling, ensuring seamless execution of critical processes and supporting smooth deployments during project implementations
Influence system architecture by bringing frontline insights to design discussions, helping shape decisions around scalability, reliability, and user experience
Vibe the toil by utilizing tolls such as github copilot, claude and other AI tools to automate and build solutions to day to day problems.

Must Have

5–10 years of production support experience, ideally in financial services, trading, or other high-availability environments

Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace Managed, Catchpoint, Kibana, Splunk, Grafana, ITRS, splunk
Deep familiarity with incident and change management frameworks (ITIL or similar)
Comfortable participating in rotating 7×24 on-call support (with fair scheduling and team backup)

Nice-to-Have:
