Vous vous distinguez par vos aptitudes à la vente et votre capacité de régler des questions commerciales complexes. Ce rôle a pour objectif d’assurer une gestion relationnelle efficace et d’offrir des conseils financiers de premier ordre grâce à une approche globale des secteurs spécialisés qui regroupe les ventes, les produits, les politiques du risque et les stratégies de marché, en vue d’offrir des solutions répondant aux besoins précis des sociétés commerciales au sein de leur secteur. Dans ce rôle de direction, votre expérience très étendue en analyse financière, en crédit et en acquisition de clientèle occupe le devant de la scène. Vos compétences certaines en élaboration de solutions, votre parfaite maîtrise de l’art de la vente, votre savoir-faire en gestion de portefeuille et vos aptitudes en service clientèle jettent les bases de votre réussite.

Quelles seront vos tâches ?

Appliquer vos expériences de vente antérieures en matière de prospection et de génération d’indices aux nouveaux clients et aux clients actuels
Démontrer vos habiletés en matière de gestion de portefeuille et d’atténuation du risque en passant en revue les états financiers pour connaître les tendances, contrôler les risques et effectuer des évaluations aux fins de restructuration du crédit
Faire vivre aux clients une expérience exceptionnelle en leur offrant de meilleurs conseils financiers et d’affaires
Tirer parti de l’expertise de RBC en identifiant des occasions de recommandation et en faisant des présentations accompagnées des recommandations appropriées aux partenaires de RBC
Collaborer avec les diverses équipes et coordonner les efforts pour élaborer et exécuter une stratégie de contact clientèle
Promouvoir l’optimisation numérique, en recommandant le Portefeuille RBC, l’appli Mobile RBC ainsi que leur utilisation régulière en renseignant les clients à leur sujet et en leur montrant comment ils fonctionnent

De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ?

Exigences

Au moins trois à cinq ans d’expérience dans le secteur des services bancaires aux entreprises
Expérience éprouvée en ventes et en expansion des affaires et une expérience exceptionnelle de gestion des relations avec les clients
Compétences en matière de crédit : évaluer l’analyse financière et les risques, offrir des solutions de crédit structurées et présenter l’offre
Expertise dans un secteur spécialisé (p. ex. immobilier, santé, agriculture)
Expérience avec les nouvelles technologies de communication (p. ex., réunions en ligne, réseaux sociaux, services bancaires numériques et applications mobiles)
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)

Atouts

Solides aptitudes pour la communication et la présentation d'exposés
Connaissances approfondies des produits et services déterminées en fonction de la spécialisation dans un secteur d’activité
