NOW HIRING: RELIEF REFRIGERATION / POWER ENGINEER
$41.00/hour | Flexible Relief Position | Up to 40 Hours/Week When Required
RC Mechanical Inc. is looking for an experienced TSSA Class B Refrigeration Operator and/or 3rd Class Operating Engineer to provide relief coverage at client facilities.
Duties may include:
- Industrial refrigeration plant operation and monitoring
- Power Engineering duties
- Boiler and heating system operation
- Pumps and associated mechanical equipment
- Equipment rounds and operating logs
- Monitoring pressures, temperatures, levels, and system conditions
- Responding to alarms and abnormal conditions
- Basic troubleshooting
- Start-ups and shutdowns
- Supporting maintenance activities
- Maintaining accurate shift documentation
- Following site and TSSA safety requirements
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, well-paid relief work without a permanent full-time commitment.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration plants, boilers, heating systems, pumps, and related mechanical equipment at client facilities. Conduct equipment rounds, maintain operating and shift logs, respond to alarms and abnormal conditions, troubleshoot issues, support maintenance, and follow site and TSSA safety requirements.
Requirements
Applicants must have at least two years of refrigeration experience and be an experienced TSSA Class B Refrigeration Operator and/or 3rd Class Operating Engineer. Applicants should be able to provide relief coverage and submit their resume, certifications, and availability.
