Role Description This full-time Administrative Assistant role is an on-site position based in Mississauga, ON. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to email inquiries. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing documents, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, and assisting with listing and transaction paperwork. The role also involves data entry, updating internal records and databases, coordinating meetings, and supporting real estate professionals with administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to a professional office environment by ensuring efficient workflow and consistent, courteous communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications

Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and calendar management.
Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with clients and team members.
Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or similar support to management or professional staff.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort working with databases and digital filing systems.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy office setting.
Ability to work on-site full-time in Mississauga, ON, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Prior experience in real estate or a professional services office is an asset.
Secondary school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
