Knowledge and understanding of the safe handling of cleaning materials (WHMIS)
Conduct yard maintenance, including picking up loose garbage around the exterior of the property, removing snow and ice, salting entrances, walkways, and rooftop access

Property Maintenance:

Assist residents how to complete maintenance requests through the proper channels
Daily walkthroughs of each floor, stairwell, and common areas fixing minor deficiencies
Report serious deficiencies related to curb appeal or safety hazards to the direct supervisor for further action
Assist the supervisor in HVAC monitoring, troubleshooting minor electrical, plumbing, boiler & chiller maintenance
Assist the supervisor with scheduling and overseeing repair activities of tradesmen and contractors as required

Fire Safety:

Knowledge of fire and life safety response systems (fire alarms and detection systems)
Assist in emergency procedures

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills
Previous or similar property management experience (an asset)
Display a professional/presentable appearance
Basic computer and keyboarding skills
Ability to perform general cleaning duties, and minor maintenance repairs
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, items could include garbage bins, furniture, appliances or while performing snow removal duties, sometimes for extended periods of time
Good written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English and French

Dépoussiérer les armoires à tuyaux d'incendie, les sonnettes et les rails d'ascenseur pour minimiser l'accumulation de débris.
Surveiller et nettoyer les vide-ordures et les locaux à ordures et à recyclage
Collecter les ordures et les bacs de recyclage selon le calendrier de collecte des déchets de la ville.
Connaître et appliquer les règles de manipulation sécuritaire des produits de nettoyage (WHIMIS).
Entretenir les espaces extérieurs, notamment ramasser les déchets, déneiger et déglacer, saler les entrées, les allées et l'accès au toit-terrasse

Entretien de l'immeuble :

Aider les résidents à effectuer leurs demandes d'entretien selon les procédures établies
Effectuer des rondes quotidiennes dans chaque étage, cage d'escalier et parties communes afin de corriger les petits défauts
Signaler au responsable direct tout problème grave affectant l'esthétique extérieure ou présentant un risque pour la sécurit
Assister le responsable dans la surveillance des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC), le dépannage des installations électriques, de plomberie, de chaudières et de refroidisseurs
Assister le responsable dans la planification et la supervision des interventions des artisans et des entreprises de réparation, selon les besoins

Sécurité incendie :

Connaissance des systèmes d'intervention en cas d'incendie et de protection des personnes (alarmes et systèmes de détection incendie)
Participation aux procédures d'urgence

Qualifications :

Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
Expérience antérieure ou similaire en gestion immobilière (un atout)
Présentation professionnelle
