🚀 We’re Hiring: Deployment Lead
📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite
Are you an experienced Deployment Lead with a strong background in deployment planning, product launches, and platform conversions? Join our team and lead critical deployment activities, ensuring seamless product launches and successful portfolio conversions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversion from TSYS to TSYS.
✅ Own the integrated deployment plan, including workstream runbooks, dependencies, cutover activities, and readiness tracking.
✅ Coordinate pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
✅ Manage production product launch activities, including pilot launches and customer rollouts.
✅ Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure deployment readiness and execution.
✅ Manage environment conflicts across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
✅ Oversee the delivery of new product features on the target platform.
✅ Drive deployment governance, risk management, and executive reporting throughout production implementation.

▪️ Experience managing complex product launches and platform conversions
▪️ Expertise in cutover planning, mock conversions, and production readiness
▪️ Strong coordination skills across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
▪️ Excellent risk management, governance, and executive communication skills
📌 Important: This is a Toronto-based hybrid role requiring a minimum of 4 days per week in the office.
