🚀 We’re Hiring: RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
📍 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4 days onsite
💼 Experience: 6–8 Years
We’re looking for an experienced RPA Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Business Intelligence, Automation, and Data Analytics.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to build reporting and automation solutions, uncover actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
🔹 What You’ll Do
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and self-service reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and other BI/automation tools.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, business opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear stories, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, quality, and governance across reporting solutions.
- Handle ad hoc reporting requirements and provide guidance on BI and reporting best practices.
- Combine data from multiple sources to generate actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, hygiene, and governance.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement effective business and technology solutions.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 6–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, BI Reporting, Data Analytics, or Automation.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in BI reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor’s or advanced technical degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in:
- Microsoft Power BI
- Power Automate
- Power Apps
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power Query
- DAX
- Automation Tools
- Semantic Data Modeling
- Experience working with large datasets, data transformation, and ETL processes.
- Strong data visualization, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a self-starter mindset and intellectual curiosity.
- Working knowledge of IT terminology, technologies, and industry practices.
