Job Title:Salesforce Communications Cloud Developer - Communications Cloud (Vlocity), EPC, CPQ, Order Management
Job Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (2-3 Days WFO)
Long Term Contract
Role Descriptions:
Develop and customize Salesforce Communications Cloud applications and components.Configure EPC| CPQ| Digital Commerce| and Order Management functionalities.
Build OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| and Integration Procedures.Develop Apex classes| Lightning Web Components (LWC)| and integrations.
Support unit testing| SIT| UAT| deployment| and production support activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
Collaborate with architects| business analysts| and QA teams.
Essential Skills:
Required Skills:-4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on experience with Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
Strong expertise in Apex| LWC| SOQL| and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with OmniStudio components.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
Understanding of telecom CPQ and Order Management processes.Experience with Git| CI/CD pipelines| and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Skills:-
Salesforce Platform Developer certification.
Salesforce Industries certification.
MuleSoft integration exposure.
Experience with TM Forum Open APIs.
Knowledge of telecom OSS/BSS ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.

Candidates should also know REST/SOAP APIs, telecom CPQ and Order Management, Git, CI/CD, and Agile; Salesforce certifications, MuleSoft, TM Forum Open APIs, OSS/BSS, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools are preferred.
