Role Description

The Senior Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst will support and optimize Salesforce Media Cloud as a critical platform for media planning, forecasting, revenue operations, order management, and campaign execution.

This hands-on role combines advanced Salesforce administration, declarative configuration, process improvement, and business analysis. The successful candidate will assess business needs, recommend scalable solutions, and prioritize native Salesforce capabilities before custom development.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce Media Cloud, including users, permissions, security, reporting, dashboards, data loads, and metadata.
Support Salesforce CPQ administration, including products, rate cards, pricing, and quoting configurations.
Configure native Salesforce capabilities such as flows, approval processes, validation rules, record types, page layouts, notifications, and reports.
Assess requests across process, configuration, integration, and development options, recommending the simplest sustainable solution.
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Salesforce Architect, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Support functional testing, UAT, release validation, documentation, training, and user adoption.
Troubleshoot complex platform, process, data, permissions, and reporting issues.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, operational errors, process delays, and unnecessary customization.
Support business processes and integrations spanning Salesforce, Vantage, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow, approval processes, security, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable product, pricing, and quoting capabilities.
Demonstrated business analysis and process-design experience.
Strong ability to assess native Salesforce functionality before recommending custom development.
Experience writing user stories, refining requirements, and developing acceptance criteria.
Understanding of Salesforce sandbox, testing, release-management, and deployment practices.
Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud
Familiarity with OmniStudio, Apex, integrations, APIs, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience supporting media, advertising, campaign management, or revenue-operations processes.
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist certification.
