Configure native Salesforce capabilities such as flows, approval processes, validation rules, record types, page layouts, notifications, and reports.
Assess requests across process, configuration, integration, and development options, recommending the simplest sustainable solution.
Collaborate with the Product Owner, Salesforce Architect, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Support functional testing, UAT, release validation, documentation, training, and user adoption.
Troubleshoot complex platform, process, data, permissions, and reporting issues.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, operational errors, process delays, and unnecessary customization.
Support business processes and integrations spanning Salesforce, Vantage, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
Experience with Salesforce configuration, Flow, approval processes, security, reporting, dashboards, and data management.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ or comparable product, pricing, and quoting capabilities.
Demonstrated business analysis and process-design experience.

Experience writing user stories, refining requirements, and developing acceptance criteria.
Understanding of Salesforce sandbox, testing, release-management, and deployment practices.
Strong communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Media Cloud
Familiarity with OmniStudio, Apex, integrations, APIs, and Lightning Web Components.
Experience supporting media, advertising, campaign management, or revenue-operations processes.
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or CPQ Specialist certification.
