Champion good habits (development techniques, security, tech debt balance, TDD, and agile habits) within the Team; improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes
Troubleshooting and Maintenance: You will debug production and performance bottlenecks from across all areas in the stack Further you will be responsible for assisting the team with ensuring we meet all of our maintenance obligations.
AI: You will design and/or optimize processes using AI (e.g., LLM-assisted development, automated documentation, issue resolution) to improve team productivity
On-Call: You will participate in a 24x7 weekly on-call rotation, owning incident response and postmortems
