Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

You will oversee sales strategy & sales forecasts, proposing and directing the execution of programs to maximize sales volume potential to achieve Plan. Will include support of several key Customers across select Categories. It is also a proven discipline and has developed senior leaders across the business. Salary Range: 116,000 - 145,000

Your responsibilities

Lead 4P (PICoS) strategy and Local Success Model
Manage trade spend and drive ROI optimization
Translate brand plans into customer execution and in-store performance
Support GTM strategy, financial modelling, and forecasting
Canadian market experience (Walmart, Loblaws, Costco)
Strong Nielsen/NIQ acumen and entrepreneurial mindset

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a commercial field + 5 years in Sales/Marketing
Strong commercial acumen, P&L and analytical skills
Experience with customer management and syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI)
Influential, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindsetStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
