About Our Client

Our client is an established and growing provider of renovation and project services to the multi-residential and property management sectors. With a strong presence across Ontario, the organization has built its reputation on delivering reliable renovation solutions, developing long-term customer relationships and supporting large residential property portfolios.

As the business continues to expand throughout Southwestern Ontario, our client is seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Account Executive to join its London team and manage an established customer portfolio across London, Windsor, Sarnia and surrounding markets.

About the Role

The Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining and growing an established portfolio of customers while identifying new business opportunities throughout the assigned territory.

The successful candidate will inherit a strong, high-performing customer portfolio, with an initial focus on strengthening existing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account expansion. The role will also involve proactive business development, networking and new customer acquisition.

This is a unique position combining account management, business development and operational collaboration. Working closely with project managers, warehouse operations, dispatch and field teams, the Account Executive will help ensure seamless customer service while driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, commercially driven and comfortable working in a hands-on, collaborative environment. While operational coordination is an important component, sales growth and relationship development remain the primary focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across London, Windsor, Sarnia and surrounding areas.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building operators and key decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional properties, renovation projects and service offerings.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals and industry events.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, project walkthroughs and business reviews.
  • Achieve established revenue, sales and gross margin targets.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate CRM records and reliable revenue forecasts.
  • Work closely with project managers, dispatch, warehouse personnel and field teams to support successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with estimating, scheduling, operations and finance to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Address customer concerns proactively and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback and recommendations to support regional growth.

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or a related commercial role.
  • Proven success managing customer relationships, growing accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance existing account management with new business development.
  • Comfortable collaborating with operational, project management and field-based teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability and proactive follow-through.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM activity and revenue forecasts.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout Southwestern Ontario.

Preferred

  • Experience in property management, multi-residential services, construction, renovation, restoration, facilities management or building services.
  • Experience selling to property managers, landlords, building operators or commercial property owners.
  • Familiarity with the London, Windsor and Southwestern Ontario markets.
  • Experience managing an established territory while developing new business.
  • Previous experience working closely with operations or project delivery teams.

Operating Environment

  • Based in London, with regular customer visits and travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.
  • Close collaboration with warehouse operations, project managers, dispatch and regional leadership.
  • Regular travel to Windsor to support established customer relationships and regional business activities.
  • Company vehicle and gas provided.
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment with strong operational resources.
  • Opportunity to participate in industry events, networking and community initiatives.
