We are seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant to join a growing organization and work closely with the Finance Manager. This role offers exposure to full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, forecasting, cash flow management, consolidations, and investment reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on accounting role, thrives in a multi-entity environment, and is looking to continue developing their technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting activities and support the month-end close process.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and multi-entity consolidations.
• Support forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Prepare investment reports and perform related reconciliations.
• Prepare and support HST filings and reporting requirements.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify unusual transactions.
• Assist with process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and other projects as required.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing the CPA designation.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Exposure to forecasting, cash flow management, or consolidation reporting.
• Power BI experience is an asset.
