- Lead client engagements from planning through completion while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Provide trusted advisory services related to business growth, succession planning, restructuring, and tax planning
- Review financial statements, tax returns, and client deliverables to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a key business advisor
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through proactive planning and strategic recommendations
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members while supporting their professional growth
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, regulatory, and tax requirements
- Contribute to the growth and continued success of the organization through exceptional client service and leadership
- CPA designation
- Progressive experience in accounting, tax, advisory, or professional services environments
- Strong knowledge of Canadian corporate and personal tax matters
- Experience reviewing financial statements and complex client engagements
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment
- Experience working with owner-managed businesses, agricultural clients, or the energy sector considered an asset
