We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team within the logistics and supply chain industry. This pivotal role will support senior executives by managing critical administrative functions, streamlining communication, and facilitating efficient project coordination to contribute to the overall success of our firm’s complex and dynamic operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive support, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international business environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, review, and distribute executive communications, reports, and presentations with attention to detail and professional quality.
Act as a liaison between senior management, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordination.
Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences to support project and business objectives.
Manage and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, responding independently when appropriate or directing to the relevant department.
Support project tracking and reporting by gathering information and compiling data from various departments to aid executive decision-making.
Maintain confidential files and documents with discretion and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive assistant, preferably within the logistics, supply chain, or project management sectors.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Capacity to work independently, anticipate needs, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to a fast-paced, global business environment.
