- Verify that installations and completed work conform to construction drawings, specifications and approved plans.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the Ontario Building Code, residential construction methods and construction drawings.

Home Completion & Customer Experience
- Ensure homes are substantially complete, with all required work and outstanding deficiencies addressed, in advance of scheduled closing dates.
- If a designate is not assigned by head office, schedule and conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) with purchasers, documenting deficiencies and coordinating their timely completion.
- Verify that all PDI items and required outstanding work are completed prior to occupancy, in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Support and lead customer service activities, as required, including responding to homeowner inquiries, coordinating and addressing Tarion warranty form submissions, managing ad hoc homeowner requests, and working with management and relevant trades to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
