Job description:
Role : Intermediate Java developer(5-8) years of experience
Location: Toronto Downtown (Hybrid Model) – 3 days of the week at the office.
Duration: 6 to 12+ Months
Technical Skills Required:
Strong core Java skills, JDBC/JPA, Restful web services.
Strong experience with frameworks like Spring Security, JWT, OAuth, Hibernate, Junit, Spring Boot/Microservice-style application development.
Strong experience with open source frameworks like Redis and Databases like Cosmos, Oracle.
Experience with Messaging and Caching frameworks such as Kafka, Redis.
Experience working with Veracode, Vulnerabilities, Codewise.
Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle, Jenkins.
Experience with cloud based architectures like Azure.
Experience in tools like Dynatrace, Datadog.
Experience in AI tools like GitHub copilot.
Testing experience with distributed software applications.
Experience in Frontend technologies like Angular, React is a plus
Non-Technical Skills Required:
Experience in working with distributed teams situated globally in different time-zones is a plus.
Flexible and adaptive, team player.
