We are looking for skilled, motivated Journeymen and senior 3rd or 4th-year apprentices who know their way around a shop. If you have a solid work ethic and strong diagnostic skills, we can handle the rest.
Q2: What does the "no weekends" policy actually look like in practice?
A2: It means exactly what Matt said: our fixed operations department is
100% closed on Saturdays and Sundays. There are no rotating weekend shifts or skeleton crews. We believe our team deserves a genuine work-life balance, giving you two full days off every week to spend with family, head out camping, or just enjoy the beautiful Alberta summers.
