- RegService is a team of experienced lawyers and attorneys who provide legal protection to legal entities and individuals, as well as provide qualified legal services. Our specialists find the most effective legal solutions. Our law firm RegService provides legal assistance in Ukraine. We are looking for a migration lawyer in Kyiv. This should be a specialist in law who will deal with the legal regulation of emigration, as well as immigration of the population. In addition, his or her responsibilities should include the protection of the rights of foreign citizens in our country.
- higher legal education;
- desire and a strong desire to develop professionally;
- preferably, work experience in the SMS.
- providing foreign citizens with services for obtaining a residence permit; preparation of documentation;
- analysis of documents;
- advising on the payment of state fees;
- protection of interests when submitting a package of documents.

Responsibilities
Assist foreign citizens with residence permit applications, including preparing and analyzing documents and advising on state fees. Protect clients' interests when submitting application documents and support the legal rights of foreign citizens.
Requirements
A higher legal education and a strong desire to develop professionally are sought. Experience working with the State Migration Service is preferred.
