Role Description :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Roofing Estimator to join our growing team. You will be the primary link between our clients and project teams - evaluating residential and commercial roofs, preparing precise cost estimates, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site roof inspections, accurate measurements, and damage assessments.
• Prepare comprehensive estimates, material take-offs, and competitive project proposals for shingle, flat roof, siding, and exterior jobs.
• Present estimates directly to homeowners, property managers, and general contractors, answering technical questions and closing sales.
• Collaborate with production and crew leaders to ensure smooth hand-offs and accurate project scopes.
• Track project costs, margins, and change orders throughout the job lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in roofing estimating, roofing sales, or project supervision (residential/commercial).
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of roofing materials (shingles, flat roofs, soffit/eaves, siding), installation techniques, and building codes.
• Driver’s License: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Strong math, spatial reasoning, and blueprint/take-off reading skills.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., ROOFR, EagleView,) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
