Own the vision: Build and execute winning strategies for Outerwear and Accessories, identifying opportunities to grow the business and elevate the customer experience.
Curate the assortment: Lead assortment planning and product development, bringing together trends, customer insights, quality, and commercial performance.
Lead and inspire: Guide, coach, and develop a team of four, fostering a positive, collaborative environment where people can grow and perform at their best.
Share your expertise: Coach your team on buying best practices, strategic decision-making, assortment planning, and business performance.
Build strong partnerships: Develop strategic vendor relationships, lead negotiations, and drive the right balance of product, quality, cost, and profitability.
Drive the business: Own category performance, analyze results, and turn insights into opportunities for growth.
Connect the dots: Collaborate closely with Design, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and E-commerce to bring a cohesive product vision to life.
Champion positive change: Bring fresh ideas, encourage new ways of thinking, and help your team navigate change with confidence and adaptability.

8+ years of experience in fashion buying or merchandising, ideally with expertise in Outerwear or Accessories.
Experience leading and coaching teams, with a passion for helping people grow and succeed.
A great eye for product, strong commercial instincts, and a customer-first mindset.
Strong assortment planning, product development, and vendor negotiation skills.
Confidence working with financials, sales trends, and category performance to drive results.
A positive, collaborative leadership style, with curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
Bilingual in French and English to collaborate with international suppliers and partners.
