We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Restoration
Reliance Impact is recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the restoration and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project KPIs are met.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of construction or restoration experience.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MS Office, and MS Project.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code.
- IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT) preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
