- Built Environment Strategy: Coordinate with engineering and architecture teams to analyze building-scale data, helping developments hit targeted certifications (LEED, WELL, or local energy compliance codes).
- Data Analytics & Modeling: Build and maintain data models tracking client resource usage, focusing on water stewardship, waste diversion, and energy efficiency.
- ESG Materiality: Perform market research and peer benchmarking to help corporate clients identify and prioritize their long-term Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks.
Ideal Candidate:

- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable managing spreadsheets and large data sets. If you can spot trends in raw numbers, you will thrive here.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate dense, technical scientific metrics into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Direct mentorship from senior directors managing flagship green initiatives.
