As we continue expanding, we're looking for ambitious, independent, and results-driven professionals to join our Montreal leasing team.

The Role

As a Leasing Agent, you'll manage the leasing process from initial prospect inquiries to signed leases, working directly with prospective tenants and gaining exposure to Montreal's multifamily real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property showings and present available rental units to prospective tenants.
• Manage inquiries, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into signed leases.
• Coordinate rental applications and support tenants throughout the leasing process.
• Build strong relationships with prospective tenants and internal teams.
• Independently manage your schedule, appointments, and leasing pipeline.
• Travel between residential properties across Greater Montreal.

Who We're Looking For

• Highly autonomous, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to succeed.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout Greater Montreal.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer service is an asset.
